show Abstracthide AbstractGrass carp reovirus genotype (GCRV) causes a variety of fish hemorrhagic disease, which seriousely affects the sustainable development of aquaculture industry in China. Different GCRV strains can lead to different mortality in grass carp. Rare minnow (Gobiocypris rarus) is an ideal model fish to study the pathogensis of GCRV. In this study, we performed comparative transcriptomic analysis in spleen and liver of rare minnow injected with virulent strain DY197, attenuated strain QJ205 to investigate the involved molecular responses against the GCRV infection.
